When Octopus Energy got in touch with catering manager Jamie about the 10th July event, they requested that we serve our classic BBQ. This is a great choice for employee lunches, as they can all help themselves to as much as they’d like, in a chilled setting. We’ll be serving burgers, sausages, Thai chicken kebabs and ribs for 70 guests, so that there is a good selection of meats for everyone to tuck into. And for that extra dose of flavour? A sprinkling of cheese and onions, of course.
While BBQ meat is always a firm favourite with customers, we’re well aware that not everyone will have the taste. And that’s fine for the Hog Roast Portadown team. We work on the basis that all dietary needs to be considered, which is why we offer alternative menus. Therefore, we asked the team at Octopus Energy had any dietary needs, and they mentioned that some guests were vegan and vegetarian. No problem! We’ll be offering guests the additional option of grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, vegetarian burgers and sausages, and even BBQ pulled jackfruit.
