What a fantastic day we had catering for Octopus Energy’s special event in Northern Ireland. Hog Roast Portadown was proud to serve up a delicious feast for 70 employees on 10th July. Corporate catering is one of our most popular event types. It’s a real pleasure to represent a business and mark a key occasion. We have served our delicious hog roasts for both small-scale local businesses and national corporations. So, if you have a business event on the calendar, then we’d love to be your in-house caterer.
Octopus Energy, one of the UK’s leading energy providers, decided to host an employee lunch. When the company reached out to the catering manager, Jamie, they requested that we serve up a classic BBQ spread. Jamie worked with the company to create the perfect tailored menu. We’re so pleased to say that it went down a real treat with everyone! After all, who doesn’t love a barbecue on a sunny day? We served burgers, sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, and ribs fresh on-site. The buffet format meant guests could help themselves to whatever took their fancy. As for the vegan and vegetarian guests? We offered halloumi skewers, meat-free burgers, and BBQ pulled jackfruit. We always cook and serve meat-free food separately to 
prevent cross-contamination.
