There is something magical about a wedding at Gracehall in Lurgan, and this recent celebration for 171 guests was no exception. The stunning venue set the scene for a day filled with joy, laughter and, of course, exceptional food from Hog Roast Craigavon.

Catering Manager Jamie and the team created an incredible menu that had everyone talking. The centrepiece was a beautifully cooked whole roasted pig with golden crackling, served alongside apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Guests also enj oyed tender Texan 24-hour beef brisket and Cajun spiced whole roast chickens, each dish rich with flavour and cooked to perfection.

Vegetarian and vegan guests were treated to our homemade pulled jackfruit, served in a bun and drenched in smoky hickory BBQ sauce, topped with crunchy slaw. This was a hit with everyone who tried it, proving that plant-based options can be just as indulgent.

Hog Roast CraigavonThe feast continued with gourmet coleslaw, seasonal vegetables, fresh green leaf salad, roasted new potatoes and a mix of traditional and sweet potato fries. Everything was served on charming wooden crockery with matching cutlery, adding a rustic touch to the presentation.

No wedding meal is complete without dessert, and our chocolate torte and cheesecake provided a sweet ending that had guests returning for seconds.
