During the months that we have been unable to cater for face-to-face events due to ongoing restrictions, we have certainly been using our time wisely by developing exciting new additions to our menus! Although we are hog roast specialists and it is the quality of our slow roasted pork that has been instrumental in our event catering success, we have always realised that our menus need to offer so much more than our signature dish so that our catering services are perfect for any event in the local area and suitable for all tastes and diets.
Our creative team have missed being able to treat our clients to our delicious food in person lately, but we have had a great time bouncing ideas off each other coming up with new dishes that offer even more choice to our already diverse catering packages!
