Hog Roast Lurgan Looking After Our Repeat Customers

While we are expert hog and spit roasters, with our dedicated professional chefs and supporting catering team members all highly adept at creating culinary masterpieces in terms of hog roasts and spit-roasted turkey, chicken, beef and lamb, as well as more adventurous meats, we also know that variety and choice are always needed at parties and events, so that everyone can be well-fed.

Plus we have many additional options available if needed too, such as canap├ęs, starters, desserts and both hot and cold sides.

One of our Hog Roast Lurgan regular customers, Robin, knows this all too well, as he has asked us to cater all kinds of parties over the years for both his work and his private life. Robin recently asked us to cook our amazing Southern Slow Roast Menu for him and his forty guests at his business premises, and with his choice of three mains, four sides and a vegetarian option, no one would go hungry at this feast.

On the day of Robin’s work function, Hog Roast Lurgan really went to town with this increasingly popular menu of ours, and by mid-morning, we had a trio of marinated meats sizzling away slowly, including barbecued pork butt, Louisiana sticky pork ribs and Creole-spiced lamb. Later on in the day, the meats still cooking away at a low temperature, our chef and catering assistants put together a huge crunchy coleslaw and freshly prepared and cooked sweet potato wedges, mac and cheese and corn cobettes, as well as veggie skewers for the vegetarians, and by mid-afternoon, a lovely spread awaited Robin and his hungry guests.
