Pre-Wedding Party to Get You in the Mood.
When you invite your wedding guests to travel to Northern Ireland from all over the UK and beyond to help you celebrate your marriage it seems only right that you make a bit of an effort for them. Groom to be Connor certainly didn’t disappoint his guests when he hosted a party at home the night before his wedding on 7 October.
Spitting Pig Northern Ireland prepared our Classic Hog Roast in Holywood for the occasion with a perfectly roasted pig carved and served onto freshly baked baps, home-made sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. Served in the garden under our gazebo complete with fairy lights, the guests thoroughly enjoyed the Spitting Pig NI food accompanied by some lovely salads prepared by Connor and his family.
It was a lovey, relaxed Hog Roast Holywood occasion and was the perfect way to get the guests in the mood for the real event the following day. I’m sure Connor’s guests left for home after the weekend’s festivities with many happy memories and some personal experience of the warm, friendly hospitality that this wee country is famed for the world over.
